Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (gi)
(attire - dynamix jiu-jitsu gi)
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is primarily a grappling martial art focusing on using technique and leverage to overcome your opponent with different joint manipulations and chokes. The gi Jiu-Jitsu classes are classes are taught and trained with a traditional martial arts uniform.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (no-gi)
(attire- dynamix shorts or pants, dynamix t-shirt)
The no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes are taught and trained with shorts and a t-shirt, because of the lack of fabric students cannot rely so much on grips for holding and the training is a little faster paced.

Boxing gloves, shin guards, mouth protector and groin protector are required In class the students train the different aspects of MMA like the striking, take-downs and the ground techniques.
Kids Classes (Junior MMA)

Wednesday 4 - 5pm and Saturday 12 - 1pm; ages 8-12
Wednesday 5 - 6pm and Saturday 1 - 2pm; ages 13-16
At Dynamix Martial Arts that will introduce your children to the fundamentals of mixed martial arts and self defense in a fun, playful, and exciting way. Instead of focusing on one discipline, your child will get a well rounded and comprehensive instruction of techniques on their feet and on the ground. They will learn how to throw and defend punches and kicks, break falls, perform throws, and learn the basic building blocks of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu that will empower them to have the confidence they deserve as they walk through life as well as develop the maturity, camaraderie, and responsibility needed to train safely with another individual.
Dutch Kickboxing
(Attire - Boxing gloves, shin guards, mouth protector and groin protector are required)
Kickboxing is a full contact sport in which the practitioner use punches, kicks, elbows and knees to defeat an opponent in competition. In the classes at Dynamix the students learn how to attack, defend and counter using those techniques.
