How does my first MMA class work?
We’ve created an intro process for new students that’s fun and 100% beginner friendly. No experience? No problem. Your first visit will be to a grappling or striking class of your choice–Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or Kickboxing/Muay Thai. You’ll meet the team, burn calories with a great workout, and learn the fundamental techniques of real fighting. Your only investment is a little bit of sweat and an hour of your time. After class there’s no obligation and zero pressure to join; we like to think the quality of our programs speak for themselves. When you’re ready to join, you’ll have the opportunity to meet with a team member and together pick a training plan that’s right for you; designed around your schedule and your goals.
